Dear Sir or Madame,

This letter is to recommend Craig Moore as a personal trainer. Craig Moore has been my personal trainer now for approximately 6 months. I train with Craig each and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:30. At age 47, I have my share of personal "challenges"-bad knees, shoulder or whatever else may be ailing me that week. Craig has managed to work around these challenges.

My goal when I began this regiment was to: become more toned, lose weight, increase flexibility, maintain cardiovascular health and decrease fat. I have attained all of these goals thanks to Craig's abilities. Of course, changing my diet helped too but it was the regiment, the pushing and Craig's knowledge that were the real reasons for success.

My wife tells me that I look younger-almost like I did when I was thirty something. OK, she's probably lying but I like the support. I would recommend Craig to anyone that has the desire to improve themselves and the ability and willingness to commit the time and hard work that are necessary.

Craig has been great! I've been working out with him since February, and I can definitely feel and see a difference. Dear Phil:

I wanted to write you a brief letter in appreciation for the fine effort expended on my behalf by your sports trainer, Craig Moore. I am 62 years old and never up to this time had either a sports trainer or for that matter been in a fitness center. So this has been a first for me in both respects and I can't express to you how happy I have been with the results to date. With Craig's knowledge and quiet persistence I have lost approximately 25 1bs. My balance, strength, and flexibility have improved immeasurably. My blood pressure is 108 over 68. My metabolic rate has increased from 1460 to 1810 and my Body Mass Index (BMT) has decreased from approximately 26 to 20-22

Perhaps most important to me from a personal point of view is Craig's willingness and ability to structure my program to my specific needs and objectives. I am also taking Tae K won Do concurrent with my sports training. Craig, being proficient in several martial ' arts disciplines has structured my program to enhance my performance during practice.
